Services in detail

What we build, what it costs, and what you own at the end.

CLEVK is an implementation studio. We don't resell software and we don't hand over a report you still have to execute — we install the system, connect it to how your business already runs, and leave it in your name. The studio started in 2024 as Storm Brand Labs; the work credited to that name is ours, and the team is the same.

2024 Delivering client sites and systems since — first as Storm Brand Labs, now as CLEVK.
6 Client systems live today — booking, donations, dashboards, ticketing.
10 days From signature to a booking system taking appointments for you.
Region 01 North America Florida. Where we meet clients, and the time zone most of them keep.
Region 02 Latin America Colombia. Native Spanish delivery — not a translated version of an English process.
Region 03 Europe The hours that are already over by the time Florida wakes up.
01 — Method

The same four steps, every time.

Every engagement runs through these in order. The order matters more than any single step: most failed automation projects we're called in to rescue skipped the first one and started building.

Step 01

Look first

We map how enquiries actually reach you today and where they die — the missed call, the DM nobody saw, the form that emails an inbox nobody opens. Written down, with the leak named.

Step 02

Build it

We install and configure the tools, write the sequences, connect the calendar and test it against real scenarios — including the awkward ones, like a double booking or a cancellation an hour before.

Step 03

Hand it over

Accounts in your name, a walkthrough recorded, and a one-page map of what runs where. If you never speak to us again, nothing switches off.

Step 04

Keep it honest

Optional, monthly. Someone watches it, tunes it, and sends you one page of what it produced — bookings and replies, not impressions and reach.

02 — The four services

Fixed scope. Fixed price. Nothing open-ended.

Four engagements, deliberately. Every extra service on a menu is one more thing done adequately instead of one thing done properly — and it makes the buyer do the diagnosis, which is our job, not theirs.

Service 01 · Start here

Booking Setup

You can't take an appointment while you're asleep, mid-treatment, or driving — and the caller doesn't leave a voicemail, they call the next place.

$1,800 one-time · live in 10 days Founding rate $1,200 for the first three clients, in exchange for permission to publish the results.

What we install

  • Booking on your own site — not a link that dumps people on someone else's page mid-decision.
  • Confirmations and reminders, timed to when your no-shows actually happen.
  • Follow-up for no-shows and abandoned bookings. Highest recovery, and almost nobody sets it up.
  • Two-way calendar sync. A double booking costs more trust than a missed call.

Built for

  • Anyone whose revenue is an appointment.

Not for

  • Businesses with no enquiries yet. Booking won't fix demand.

AI Business Audit

You know something is leaking — enquiries, deposits, repeat customers — but not where, so every fix is a guess and every vendor sounds equally right.

$2,000 one-time · 5–7 days Paid on purpose. A free audit has to conclude that you need what's being sold.

What you receive

  • Where you leak, named. Every step between "interested" and "paid", and which ones are costing you.
  • 5–10 fixes, ranked by return against build cost — not by what's fashionable.
  • A 30-day roadmap you can hand to any contractor. Including one who isn't us.
  • A 60-minute walkthrough, recorded, so the reasoning survives the call.

Built for

  • Real revenue, and a suspicion something's broken.

Not for

  • A document to justify a decision already made.
5–7 days · yours to keep, whoever executes it Request the audit
Service 03 · Build

Web & Systems Build

Your site is a brochure. What the business actually needs is something that takes payments, shows the numbers, or runs the process — and nobody has built that layer.

Quoted fixed price, after the audit Scope decides the number. We quote once, in writing, before anything starts.

What we build

  • Sites that do something — donations, ticketing, quoting, member areas. Not a brochure with a contact form.
  • Dashboards that show the real number, pulled from where the work actually happens.
  • Multi-language when it matters. We've shipped trilingual — it changes who can pay you.
  • The brand around it, so the system doesn't look bolted on.

Built for

  • Businesses whose process lives in spreadsheets and heads.

Not for

  • A five-page site with no system behind it.

Growth Retainer

The system works the week it's installed. Six months later a calendar token expired, a reminder stopped sending, and nobody noticed because nothing looked broken.

$350 per month · cancel any time No minimum term. If it isn't producing, cancelling should be one email.

What it covers

  • Checked before it fails — tokens, integrations, sequences. Not after a customer tells you.
  • Hours, prices, wording. The changes you'd otherwise postpone for months.
  • One page a month: bookings taken, no-shows recovered, where they came from. Not impressions.

Built for

  • A live system with nobody in-house who owns it.

Not for

  • Teams with a technical person already on it.
Starts after handover · cancel any time Ask about it
03 — Evidence

We ran the method on ourselves first.

Below is the one engagement where we can publish every number, because the client was us. Every figure is verifiable in the system it describes, and we'll open it live on a call.

Case study · CLEVK, on CLEVK

We built our own AI operating system before selling anyone else one.

The problem was ours and it was ordinary, just larger: years of business and project data spread across drives, brands and half-finished tools, with no governance over what an AI could be allowed to touch. Instead of another chatbot, we built a governed operating system — a command centre where every automated action carries an authority level, and where anything involving money, deletion, or contacting a person stops and waits for a human.

It is the same sequence we sell: inventory without risk, diagnose with evidence, build the system that executes, measure what it produced.

210,337 Files inventoried in 16.6 minutes — metadata only, without opening a single private file.
838 Sensitive files detected and protected automatically during that scan.
1,267 Nodes in the live knowledge graph of the system, across 1,555 connections.
69 → 79 System health score in two days, scored per dimension with evidence — not self-assessed.

Why we publish a mistake: the checkpoint is the product. A process that never errs doesn't exist — one that stops itself before the damage does. That's what you're buying, so we show it rather than hide it.

Source: internal case register CS-03, cleared for publication 2026-07-24. Figures are auditable live.

Delivered work, and the capability each one proves.

Live projects, several delivered as Storm Brand Labs. We describe what was built and what it demonstrates — we don't publish client revenue figures we haven't been given permission to publish.

04 — How we use AI

Automated where it's safe. Stopped where it isn't.

"AI-powered" is not a feature, it's a liability question. Ours is answered the same way in every system we build, including our own.

Runs on its own

Drafting and sorting

Writing a first draft of a reply, tagging an enquiry, summarising a week of messages, reconciling a calendar. Reversible, low-stakes, checkable.

Always asks first

Anything reaching a person

A message to your customer, a public post, a quoted price. A human approves that specific message — a general authorisation never covers the next one.

Never automated

Money and deletion

Payments, refunds, and anything that removes data. These require a person looking at the specific figure or the specific list, every time.

Always true

Failure means ask

If a check can't be completed, the system stops and asks rather than proceeding on an assumption. Silence is not consent, and a broken automation shouldn't keep running unattended.

05 — Questions

The questions worth asking before you hire anyone.

Do I have to buy software through you?

No. You buy the software directly from the vendor, in your own name, at their price. We charge for the implementation only.

This is deliberate, and it costs us margin. An agency that resells the software at a markup has a reason to keep you on a tool that stopped fitting. If you ever stop working with us, the system keeps running and you keep the account.

How is this different from hiring the software company to set it up?

A software vendor configures their product, correctly, inside its own boundary. That boundary is the problem: your bookings don't live only in the booking tool.

We look at how enquiries actually reach you today — the phone, the DM, the walk-in, the form — connect the tool to the rest of it, write the follow-up sequences in your voice, and hand it over working end to end.

Do you work with businesses outside South Florida?

Yes. Our team works from Florida, Colombia and Europe, so the work follows the clock rather than an office.

Everything we build is remote by nature — a booking system doesn't care where it was installed from, and neither does the calendar it syncs to. What we do insist on is a real conversation before we start, wherever you are.

Is CLEVK a new company?

No. The studio started in 2024 as Storm Brand Labs and delivered client sites and systems under that name — several are in our portfolio.

CLEVK is the same team under a sharper model: implementation of business systems that produce bookings, rather than one-off design projects that produce a website.

Where does AI actually come into it?

In the parts a person shouldn't be doing by hand: drafting follow-ups, sorting and summarising inbound messages, reconciling what your systems say against what actually happened.

It does not decide anything involving money, publish anything, or contact your customers without a human approving that specific message. That boundary is in the build, not in a policy document.

What if the audit tells me I don't need you?

Then it says that, and the roadmap is still yours — including the version where someone cheaper executes it.

It's the reason the audit is paid. A free audit has to conclude that you need the thing being sold, or it doesn't pay for itself.

What happens if I want to leave?

Nothing switches off. Every account is in your name from day one, the retainer has no minimum term, and the system map we hand over is written so another provider can pick it up without calling us.

Start with the leak, not the tool.

Twenty minutes, no deck. Tell us how enquiries reach you today and we'll tell you where they're dying — and whether it's worth paying anyone, us included, to fix it.
